Neman Marcus Dip, My Way

Dip Baby Dip!

Today someone pinned Neiman Marcus dip on Pinterest.  So I decided to click on two sites to see how it was made:http://rhubarbandhoney.com/2011/12/05/neiman-marcus-dip/ and then I clicked on site number two:  http://www.justaspoonfulof.com/2012/05/neiman-marcus-dip.html
yes they both looked real delicious.

I decided to make this dip and "creolize" it my way.

Original recipe call for almonds, well in Louisiana it calls for pecans.

Mix everything together in a small bowl and chill for about an hour.

Serve the dip with a side of tortilla chips or crackers.

I told Big Goo and Baby Girl, it is just not fair to not share these great recipes with the world; and the Creole Contessa blog was born.
